It was bought for a gift but I have used it once.I was great, but a little heavy for the person it was purchased for.

There were mixed reviews on this before I purchased it. I found that it will cook to the top and bottom edges just by warming the griddle up first.I also use a spray on oil before each use which helps with sticking, which was another comment I had read.Remember to warm it up for about 5 minutes.No problem with using it and really like it.Fits perfectly on large center burner on propane stove. I love Lodge products and like buying from Amazon products arrive on time and undamaged.

always tempted by the fancy pans at Sur la Table a savvy cooking friend turned me on to the Lodge grill pan and it is amazing! I can't believe for under $40 you can get the real thing, cast iron and 20 x 10 7/16". This covers 2 burners and lets you do either a lot of grilled bread or salmon on one end and veggies on the other! Flip it over to the smooth side and you're ready to make pancakes!
