Product Description:
The casserole is one of the most versatile pieces of cookware in the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Stainless Collection. This beautiful brushed stainless triple ply pan closely resembles the saute pan, but is designed with two large stainless steel loop grips, riveted securely into place, and big enough to ensure comfortable handling and excellent balance. Straight sides maximize capacity, making it ideal for preparing family sized portions of sauces, stews and paellas. With its mirror-finish, solid stainless steel lid, the casserole moves effortlessly from stovetop saute, to oven casserole, to elegant covered server at the dinner table.Features:Professional triple ply construction18/10 stainless interior, brushed stainless exteriorHeat Surround technology allows for even heat distribution along the bottom and side walls of the cookware, eliminating hot spotsCool Grip HandleDrip-free pouring rimTight-fitting cover seals in moisture and nutrients for healthier, more flavorful results, every time you cook

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great Product
We were cross-shopping this unit and the whole set with all the typical store products, All-Clad (with their funky handles), and the Calphalon with their cheap rolled and crimped edges, and the other weird bubbly ones like the Cuisinart Contour. This is the perfect size, perfectly weighted, and looks gorgeous.Warm the pan empty before starting to cook, and it cleans up easily as well as sears and browns with a little touch of oil.We bought two but would welcome a third to make rotations to the ... Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Not Non Stick
This pan was terrible and did not meet my expectations.I first used it to cook turkey burgers. They stuck to the bottom of the pan and were not cooked evenly, even on medium heat with the use of cooking oil. Then I had to soak it for a while to even get it kinda clean.I decided to try using a nonstick cooking spray the second time for a grilled cheese sandwich and the sandwich still stuck to the pan and cooked unevenly on medium/low heat.I again had to soak the pan to get it kinda clean. This ... Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Beautiful, easy, worth the money
I'm not one to purchase items without physically handling them first so ordering online did not come easy to me. I decided to move away from non-stick cookware and saw a decent, lower-end set of stainless Cuisinart at Bed, Bath and Beyond. After researching various options and reading scores of reviews on Amazon, I decided to go for the multiclad pro ensemble despite some reservations regarding clean-up--some folks reported food sticking challenges and I am not one to baby pots and pans. I couldn't be ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Wonderful to use and easily cleaned without excessive scrubbing!
I actually love this cookware and have multiple pieces by this company. They are correct that if you need to clean heavily cooked on items off that a little soap and water and then boiling on the stove top will loosen the particles very easily.I have never had to scrub anything off!I like this so much better than the teflon or other coated pans due to the safety concerns of particles in the coated cookware!I have recently also purchased a stainless steel griddle by another company and it too works ... Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Factory 2nd
I bought this pan through the Gourmet Kitchen Gallery, an outside seller linked to Amazon. What I received was a total dud.Cusinart, had assembled a pan, starting with a Saute' Pan base (that product # was stamped on the pan bottom,) instead of the proper Casserole Pan bottom. Then, they put the proper Cass. Pan handle on the improper base. The lid did not fit at all tightly, being too small for the pan, it just slid around and would not have held any moisture during cooking. The Saute' base is 3.5qt, ...
