- Hard to find but worth the effort and the price
These knobs are not available in most stores.The Le Creuset website does not list them.I've found the metal replacement knobs but they change to look of exceptionally beautiful cookware.I highly recomment this product and this seller.

Works as a great replacement to increase the temperature you can use on Lodge dutch ovens.

- Stainless Steel knob should be standard
This knob should be standard on ALL LeCreuset cookware.It doesn't make sense to have cast iron that is capable of taking 500 degree heat with a plastic knob that can't.

This handle allows the use of the entire LeCreuset pot and cover to be used in a very hot oeven. It works perfectly.

the rubber knob is just the worst design for a wonderful pot.Why this company thought they should sell a rubber handle that cannot by their own product information handle more than 375 degree oven temp is beyond me.The metal knob fit perfectly and the screw used to tighten it to the lid was the correct size and worked great.(other reviews of this know replacement had problems with the screw)
